Good Hair stylists, better than other places I have gone to.
Professional Atmosphere
I was pawned off to another stylist when my turn was up, made me feel very awkward my first time in. The lady who pawned me off ‘stylist 1’ finished cutting someone’s hair then I was up next but she said “‘stylist 2’ will help you since someone is coming in who was a client of mine from a previous salon I worked at” So I sat back down, ‘stylist 1’ walked to the back and disappeared while waiting for her ‘client’. I waited for 15mins which my haircut only took 5 mins to do since I was just cleaning up the sides. By the time ‘stylist 2’ was done cutting my hair this ‘client” person showed up and ‘stylist 1’ came out very quickly to help him out. ‘Stylist 1’ seemed like a totally different person. It was upsetting to see. She sat in the back for 20-25 mins waiting when two other customers were waiting just like I was. Not very good customer service. If your gonna be picky about who’s hair your gonna cut then go to another salon. I must say it wasn’t a good experience.
You are very consistent across the country. Your facility is always very clean. Your staff are very good and friendly.
I love being able to pick my stylist. Marissa is always nice and makes me look my best.

This was my first visit. I received a free coupon in the mail, and decided all I had to lose was a little hair!
I was promptly greeted, filled out my info and Briona explained how everything works and it was a very nice experience. Briona cut my hair the way I wanted it, I got the whole works plus the deep conditioning massage.
I am very happy I went, and will continue to get my hair cut at this store.

The women were very nice and courteous I love the big screen TV with the sports on it and the shampoo and massage were great
