Quick easy and professional
My son loves the excitement of the place. He looks forward to getting his haircut and the MVP treatment. :)
I don’t appreciate the way the few stylists have dealt with me. I haven’t been back since and won’t be back.
Sam (stylist) at the 9475 Madison Ave. location in Folsom, CA was decent for a haircut or two. Then she accidentally nicked my scalp and caused it to bleed. She washed the blood from my hair but then charged me for an MVP (ummmm not cool but she seemed upset about the whole issue so I just paid it and tipped her). She gave me a couple cards to recommend someone else but the last person I recommended didn’t like how his stylist wasn’t professional either.
Recently I went back and checked in online. I arrived 10 min early. Sam was the stylist I requested as I thought we could move on past the last experience. However, when I was next in “line” (comfortably COVID masked) they came out and took a woman who just walked in and was not even on the board. Sam came glanced at me but ignored me and deleted my name. Granted she may not have made the correlation…as expected. I asked the front stylist why my name went away and then Sam came out (BEFORE she started working on the woman’s hair) and looked flustered and said just add him back to the list. I then had a 40 min wait (in addition to the 30 min I had already been waiting). I left.
I called to leave a message with the owner but have not received a call back so I’m not sure if they didn’t receive my message or just decided to push this under the nearest rug.
I do not normally choose to write poor reviews as all people have bad days. However, most of us depend on reviews from Yelp and Google to make good choices on our purchases and time.
Being a business owner myself and in customer service, I would be out of business if I allowed this conduct or did not make efforts to reduce the frustration of clientele.

Price is high for a basic haircut, and it wasn't the best at that.
I very much like the check-in system and how long I have left as it helps me time my arrival from the moment I leave the front door of my home. Also the service I got was outstanding and my hairstylist Yessenia gave me the exact cut I wanted.
Once again Rachel did a great professional job.
Always a great haircut. I can come in 5 different times and receive the same cut each time.

No products but nice customer service
Yessenia was FANTASTIC with our grandson. She did everything to make the experience, that in the past had been tear filled, comfortable and unstressful for a three year old. We will be back in about five weeks and hope we can get Yessenia again, and if not we hope the next stylist is just as great.
Yesenia is the best!
