The VIP package...and the employees don't act like they don't want to do it.... It makes me feel like they WANT to do this and it's not a burden for them to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer! I've only been twice so far to your establishment but both times I left feeling great, looking great, and eager to tip for the service that I received. With that kind of treatment I will definitely be back every time!!

Last haircut was rushed, sylist did not ask important questions... She also did not look at my history to see if I had Military service... She seemed more pe-occcupied with what was going on in her world, than taking care of her client... Then rushed through the hair cut...
I was over charged and dissapointed in the quality of service and lack there of...

Samantha was great, I’ve had some not some of my favorite haircuts in Modesto. But every time I come to this location I can always rely on Samantha to cut my hair with exact vision that I have. Not one mistake or error. Pristine standards. You can feel it right when she calls your name, she means business and professionalism right out of the gate. Keep up the good work.
