There are numerous classes for seniors for every level of fitness. Brings people together which is needed at this time of life who may not be so outgoing as in their youth.

Friendly staff. Childcare staff is good with the kids. Front desk staff are welcoming, coaches are kind, lots of programs & stuff to sign up for and attend.
