The best part about the YMCA Northwest is their childcare! The manager & workers are absolutely incredible. The only reason I am able to work out and take some time for myself is because the YMCA is the only childcare I trust with my young children. I am so grateful for them. It's truly a family friendly environment and just the perfect place for our family.

Awesome swim program for school age children
Love water classes and that they are offered at so many hours and days each week in the morning. All the instructors are good!
Wide variety to choose from. More activities for seniors needed, like Leigh Ann provided for Johnson Ferry & Piedmont Y seniors.

You have the best classes!

I would provide more front desk support for the folks that handle membership issues. Used to we would go to a room or office to handle. Now looks like that task has been moved to the front desk folks and it was a difficult time getting back on our account. There were no issues with the actual people working the problem but it just seems like there were too many people waiting when we tried to make some changes
I like the group classes, the locker room facilities -- showers, etc., the pool, the whirlpool, my fellow Y members, and of course the employees are the best!!
The Y has a good mix of programs so there is something for everyone

It seems very busy but orderly. A lot of folks getting there workouts in and enjoying each other's company. I like the varied age range of the clientele.

Just love the family friendly environment. Great classes. I just cant get there enough due to my age , 72, and my new grand kids who live out of state.
Not only do I get to work-out, but I get to have coffee with my friends and develope new friends.
