The judeochristian values are very much appreciated. The wholesome, family friendly atmosphere creates a welcome, inclusive, and safe place. I love the wide variety of activities that are offered.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the variety of group classes. I don’t like the difficulty of getting into some of the popular classes. I wish there were Pilates and yoga at 8 AM. The 7 a.m. Pilates class on Mondays and Fridays is great, but it’s never a new class. Always the same. Banerjee at 9 AM on Wednesday morning is probably one of my favorite classes. Bethany is so strong of a teacher. Always a great workout. And easy to modify.

The YMCA has a variety of programs that allows people to choose what they want. The different activities allow you to do a variety of exercises for different results.
