I enjoy the wide variety of programs at Northwest Family YMCA. Everyone in my family can find something that they enjoy doing. Having these programs at different times during the week insures that we can get to our chosen programs.

The swim classes and teachers are awesome. Water aerobics is great too. Sauna and hot tub makes it an amzing experience alltogether

Many options and clean facility
I love the Northwest YMCA location and the facility. I always feel welcome to exercise but not pressured into a particular activity. The gym is clean and the area is open. I have been going to the Y since I was a child and I truly appreciate it.
The cycle and swim classes are such good workouts! Susan and Kahlil are just incredible instructors.
The overall experience there is so positive!! Thank you so much for such a great environment!
I like most of classes especially Cindy's burn total body, Leigh's classes, Pilates and burn core in the morning and Friday 11 15 class. I'm very glad Jennifer brought us Laura to replace Cindy's class on Friday 11 15. It took a while but she found a good instructor indeed. Good job and thank you!
You have classes for all ages and all fitness levels
I like the Pilates, Stretch, and Yoga classes. In the classes I have attended, the instructors are really good and give you a great workout..
There is a plethora of choices for the whole family.
They offer a variety of exercise classes for all levels. The equipment is great. I also like that it offered a beginner Mahjong class which is a great game for socializing.
The programs offer a variety of ways to exercise and enjoy the companionship of others.
I spin; so I like the Peloton bikes and cycle classes.

I like having the guidance to do exercises. without simply trying to follow along on an app.
