I haven’t participated in many yet, but I’m looking forward to starting the coach approach and getting to learn the machines again. It’s been awhile.

It’s very convenient to use, classes are hard to get into, so have not done any lately. Mainly use the equipment and my granddaughter loves the rock wall

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The classes are amazing. Instructors are talented and enthusiastic! LOVE the dance and Zumba classes! The step, drumming w/cardio, and Pilates are top notch! I’d enjoy the pool and hot tub but there’s not enough time in the day. I hired a trainer and loved that too! The new equipment is easy to use and pickleball is recreational and more about community then competition! LOVE It ALL!!
