The Y programs cater to both the young and the old!
I enjoy the wide variety of programs and times they are available. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean well taken care of.
There are a lot of different activities to chose from.
Like the variety of classes- maybe have more spin classes? Maybe have open pickleball on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons? Janice M is a great and knowledgeable instructor- love the TRX active older adults class she teaches

I have requested this many times. I participate in a lot of the Y's yoga programs. Ever since Covid, they have been 45 minutes. They used to be 60 and there were several that were 75 minutes. This is a metro-Y policy as I know other Y's within the State and the Country have a long time ago gone back to at least 60 minutes. That can easily be checked.
All classes do not have to be increased but a true yoga class requires a warm up at the beginning and a warm down at the end. That leaves less time for the actual exercise. I am sure you get it so I don't need to paint a picture. And BTW, all the classes I take in the early evening do not have a class behind them. Really no excuse. Nuff said. Thank you, Mark

The Parkinson Disease exercise class is perfect for spouse. Instructor is fantastic, the class members are warm, caring and friendly. We look forward to the class every week.

I love the exercise programs that I have participated in. Synergy is my absolute favorite. I love the Pilates and yoga classes too! Also my sons loves the pool!!

The broad range of equipment and classes allow for a diverse workout regimen. I especially like the bike options.

The programs that myself and family have participated in were well taught and properly managed. The pool has had some down time, however when it is up and functioning there are no complaints.

Spacious and clean facilities
I enjoy using the cardio room and inside track.My only problem is on Friday in the cardio room. The black man in charge plays loud, unpleasant music from the desk. When I mentioned it to him he told me to use a headset to drown it out!

My wife and I enjoy the line dance class very much. My wife also attends the gentle yoga stretch class, which she likes very much. We love Diane Sey!! She always excitement and enthusiasm to her classes.

Marian and Crystalle who teach water aerobics, Jennifer B who teaches Dance Party, and Nausheen who teaches Group Cyntergy - they are phenomenal and make getting fit so fun!
