Cleanliness. Ladies in workout room are helpful and courteous. The front desk not always so nice at times. I witnessed on January 10 th Saturday a front desk employee being quite rude in tone and so loud I looked up a number of times from my table that overlooks the pool to see who was talking like this. Never heard this before. We have attended many activities at this location. Halloween, Christmas breakfast, use the pool and racquetball courts. Husband and I both in work out rooms. All are very good. This was not.
Strength training workout equipment and pickleball.
Personnel across the board are always friendly and welcoming. The staff are well trained and engaging.
There’s something for most age groups
I have noticed a significant improvement in the pool facility operations, love the new lights and the fact that things are up and running ( such as the steam room and hot tub ..with few exceptions).
Thank you for turning things around and improving the membership experience.
Excellent teachers and so many to choose from. Pickleball is well organized and fair when Al is present.

It is for the whole family. It has different classes and good equipment.
Variety of classes, knowledgeable instructors. Elliptical and other machines usually available without waiting. Staff is friendly and helpful.
