I like the fact that there is a large selection of activites available for children and adults. I also appreciate that staff is both courteous and helpful.

Proximity to my neighborhood. Great gym equipment (clean and functional). Having a learning coach (staff member) on the clock at all times!

The classes are so vivid it keeps you coming back for more. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is exceptional. I love my YMCA family!

I truly enjoy the group sessions. Being able to meet some really nice people and develop lifetime relationships.

I enjoy the exercise room, track and pool. I enjoy being able to exercise at my own pace.

The trainers show you what works for you to best fit your needs. Also if you have a question about any of the equipment the trainers are there to answer and show you if needed !
