I like your "Core Class-Hula-hoop" class...and the "Line Dance" class both taught by Anita Adams because they are challenging...fun...and innovative!!!
Tha "Hula-Hoop class is quite challenging because there are many body movements that are working simultaneously (hula hoop all the time by you lift weights...perfom dance movements...perform locomotive movements across the floor, etc).....I have NEVER experience this type of class before...it's GREAT!!!
The Line Dance class challenges my "cognitive skills" whie exercising cardio and other muscle groups!!! When learning 3 to 4 Line dances a month, it keeps my mind constantly "thinking: while my body "keeps moving"! It's great!
Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable about the activities. I felt safe in the water because the Lifeguard was very watchful. The place was clean and smelled good. Not like a gym.
Villages @ carver y offer a variety of programs with flexibility of class start time for me as a senior, location is Great also.
Basketball
The staff are extremely friendly and very encouraging every time I come in!
The water aerobics classed are my favorites, but I have enjoyed others such as stretching and yoga classes very much. I love hanging out in the sauna afterwards.
I love the availability of the programs by friendly staff.
I came for the Friday evening Water aerobics class, instructed by Anna. I had a good workout. The Carver facility is very clean…the staff are all professional & courteous…I will be back.
I come to use the pool, indoor track and stationary lifecycle bike. They are in good condition and usually not crowded.
Very positive
You have so many to choose from. It is totally different from a membership at LA fitness. Everything they have at other places , the Y has, and classes can be taken at no extra charge.
There is an instructor, Nia G that teaches classes that are so perfect for me
Love her classes and the attention she pays to those in her classes.
Also, your front staff are so nice and helpful.
Kid friendly and I like the amenities offered
Facility is great, and you have a lot of adult class options
The chair Yoga, the chair stretch and the pd balance class has greatly helped my stability. The coaches are excellent.
I love swim aerobics, chair yoga, and line dancing classes.

Water Aerobics and the instructor Eloise Steven’s Jones
Love the variety.
Very friendly
Great pool
Everything my kids love going swimming the people are so great
I take line dancing three times a week with Ms. Anita B. Adams, and it's a wonderful program. Not only does she have a wealth of dances in her arsenal, she makes the class fun and encourages our own creativity in the process.
Ms. Adams was instrumental in creating the Annual Dance Jamboree at the Villages at Carver Family Y, which raised $3000.00 for the Why It Matters program this year. She also encourages our participation in community events such as Parkinson's Moving Day Atlanta, to help raise funds to fight this debilitating disease.
Organized and collaborative
Actvities and programs are great
Love it
