Everyone is friendly and helpful. The classes allow my family lots of options and time slots to get our workouts done.
Aerobics, 20/20/20,cardio senior dance
They are developed for the guest old and young.
I enjoy the cardio classes and the ge steam room.
My son’s first summer camp experience he enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend. I wish he could continue after school there too!!
They do an excellent job caring for their pool and shower facilities. The staff is always friendly and professional. This Y is truly the best kept secret in ATL. SHHH! Don't tell anybody.
Friendly staff!
Great variety of exercise classes, clean facility, very helpful staff.
YMCA love the community.
promptly responsive to requests or complaints, such as light bulbs out, requests for upgrade furniture in men's locker room, soap dispensers, out of paper products,
facilities well maintained and clean and in good working order
Life guards on duty with full continuous undistracted attention to swimmers and others in water. Many other facilities are often lax, looking at phone, having conversations , leaving pool deck.
All personnel, without exception, are friendly, cheerful and helpful
My grand had a wonderful cheer camp experience
I love Safia Icgoren's pilates and yoga classes. My only wish is that she offered yoga on Mondays AND Wednesdays. I am very happy y'all added the second pilates class with her. Thank you for that.
I wish there were spin classes and barre classes offered mid to late morning or noon rather than just early morning and late evening.
I appreciate your childcare hours. I wish there were organized physical activities for children (yoga, movement, strength training)
I really enjoy the pool.
You are my favorite Y!
Everything !!!
One of the most helping and welcoming staff. The place is always clean, and rules are enforced. That is very to me. AK
There's a multitude of activities offered at various times! Step and tone with Elgin is the favorite class offered.
I only use the Carver YMCA for the gym. Overall, I like it. I like that it is not too crowded in the mornings and that it is equipped with basic weightlifting equipment. I also prefer to use the YMCA as my gym because I support your mission.
However, some of the gear is getting a bit worn-out and could really use a replacement - specifically some of the bars that are used with the lat pull down machine. There is one that is so worn out that the grip area has been replaced with electrical tape that is now fraying. While I might tolerate this at home, I expect slightly better for a place that I pay a monthly subscription to.
Also, there are some mornings when the weight area is not that large, and with 4-5 people it can get crowded. It would be nice to have somewhere else to go other than the fitness track. The activity room that can be entered from the main exercise room is never used in the morning, and it is always locked. Why can we not have access to this room for use in the mornings?
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback.
