I love the way! Attending senior fitness classes, organizes my whole day. I love the instructors, I love the community, it’s really changed my life.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the Steam room, Suana and whirl pool and in door track. Water shower heat temperature changes without warning in Men shower. Shower water starts out with my setting but it changes to hotter on it's own.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The times, group classes, several days of activities you can pick and the gym. It is convenient, staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

I'm truly glad to be a member of the YMCA.
