The Y offers comprehensive fitness facilities and consulting from smart, helpful people. The prices are reasonable and the locations are convenient. It’s a terrific value. Plus, I’ve discovered the benefit of access to Ys across the country as I travel.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the East Lake YMCA facility, especially the pool, hot tub and elevated track. I'm also consistently impressed with the staff. My only complaint, and it's not minor, is the lack of cleanliness in the men's locker room and in the pool area. I don't feel like attention is being paid to detail and that both areas could be much cleaner.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It would be very nice to have more Senior exercise activity. Take it up notch in a pool area and perhaps consider offer than more than water aerobics. Locate resources to do other related water activities ie Water Volleyball,basketball, cycling, zumba. Use different water equipment to stimulate the classes and bring in more members. Offer additional water exercise classes with different challenges and intensity as you would on the floor.

Shake it up a bit and help eliminate POST COVID! Exercise is the best way!
