Loved the full body cycling class. Wish the instructor used a microphone but it was a great class nonetheless.
It would be great for the family restrooms to be maintained better. Some of the water settings are dangerous with kids. And please put locks up

I love the senior strength class on Tuesdays, would love it if the same class could also be taught on Thursday. Right now I have to go to Decatur Y for their Thursday class but I much prefer Linda's class.

I love the variety of exercise options at the Y. The staff is excellent. I’ve made wonderful friendships and it has done wonders for my physical, mental, and emotional health.
