I really only use the gym and I like the variety of exercise classes. I haven’t taken any classes yet but would like to.

I love that the gym is used by people of all ages.. Really enjoy the indoor track and the weight room. Employees are helpful and friendly. Good variety of classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Great community resource, helping underprivileged, emphasis on both children and older adults. Could improve swimming lanes management, good that they have finally realized one deadlift station is not enough.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the variety of group exercise classes - some are intense, some are gentle, but I always feel good after a class.

I also like having a pool to switch up my workouts.
