I enjoy the full range of classes for adults offered at the Y! It's also simply fun to a place and see families and people of all ages actively engaged. It's a real community center.

I am learning yoga. I like that there are different types of yoga classes and that they are offered at various times during the day and offered almost every day.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I went to the Senior Strength class this past Friday for the first time. I don't usually like group classes, but this was an exception. The instructor (Sara) was great. This type of exercise was perfect for me - I could actually do it. Most of the other classes at the Y are too advanced for me at this time. Also, the music at Senior Strength was not too loud, which it often is at other classes. I'll be returning for the other Senior Strength classes on Monday and Wednesday.
