It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey there is a place for everyone at the Townlakw YMCA. If your lacking self confidence or if your feeling yourself the Townlake YMCA is for you. If your up in age or young in age the Townlake YMCA is for you. Most importantly if you are trying to become a better version of yourself the Townlake YMCA is for you. Need I say more lol.
Great classes and instructors ! Facilities are top notch.
We enjoy the aqua cardio classes that Juan & Q lead. Lisa is great with the Monday Chair yoga class. Also looking forward to a Sunday aqua Yoga class when we get an instructor. Now we have a community of senior friends from our classes.

I like the mature clientele and I don't mean old people. It's a pleasure to use the machines, especially the new ones without men and women muscle heads. Great atmosphere. Keep up the great job.

The Sr Strong class is amazing! Becky and Laurie are the best. The people in the class are great too. The class is overly crowded but I give it an A++. I also really like the new equipment. Specifically the stationary bikes. Townlake Y is a very welcoming and diverse place. Jude is a fantastic manager too. I feel fortunate to be a member.
