I like the group classes, particularly Body Pump andStrong. the number of times a day they are available and days of the week makes it easy to work out 3-4 times a week. I have never had a bad instructor. Like the music and the workout.

I love Vanessa’s Y dance class on Wednesdays at 11. She is so creative and fun.

I love the staff- Jude, Elena, Mike, Jared- all of them! I thoroughly enjoy the group classes especially Zumba, Yoga and Body Pump. Access to an indoor pool, hot tub and saunas year round is also very nice!
Friendly helpful staff. Inclusive atmosphere. Clean everywhere. Happy! Clients are happy, so they talk to each other. I also love the yoga classes and look forward to trying out more this year. (Resolution)
