I also love that your cardio workout machines have cable. (I thought this would be a standard at all Austin YMCAs but I realized last weekend that the North Austin location does not have this.) And your pool is pretty great.

You do a fabulous job of keeping the facilities clean and neat and that is very much appreciated!
There is always a positive vibe at the Townlake Y. Staff is genuinely pleased to have a chance to interact with members. Large number of classes available with basic membership. Lots of workout equipment & machines minimize wait time during your workout.
All is goof
-Big variety of programs, at all hours of the day.
-Diverse participants
-No pressure to be a "buff gym rat" - everyone just shows up and gets fit in their own way.
-Very clean all the time and you do a great job of fostering an "ownership" spirit ie participants feel like the Y belongs to them and take pride in helping keep it clean and being personally responsible.
-Staff is super. Nice to be welcomed when we walk in the door :-)
- Big variety of exercise equipment and it is well maintained.
-It's nice to see have the group seating areas out in the front lobby area.

There are so many to choose from, and the whole atmosphere is welcoming and helpful.
There is always classes/activities available. The inside pools and jaccuzi is awesome and are great for any weather. The staff is ALWAYS willing to help and assist. There's great equipment for an all around workout. Things are always always clean sanitized and organized at the townlake YMCA center. I recommend this YMCA to all my friends, family and anyone else who is looking for a great place to workout meet many wonderful people and experience a great workout.
every program that the ymca holds is AAA in my book and also the personnel at the front desk and administration are always helpful and willing. thanks so much and keep up the good work. I would only suggest that the mens locker room lockers be worked on please talking about the upstairs area. thanks and god bless.

You have a lot of choices. Clean facility..Good instructors. Knowledgeable,friendly front desk and staff.
The physical facilities are both good and comprehensive. I especially like the hospitality area as you walk in. It has comfortable seating, local newspapers, free coffee, in a setting with a great deal of natural light. I am also favorably impressed by the demeanor of the staff. They are efficient, helpful, and very cordial. All this adds up to an exercise environment that offers all a person could ask for -- good equipment, a great staff, in a near community setting. I would highly recommend this Y to family and friends.

Townlake ymca is the best. Scott is an amazing and inspiring yoga teacher. Friendly staff. They always greet everyone with a smile. I look forward to coming every week. I bring my friends too.
