The Y is the epitome of healthy community. When I walk in to workout, I feel lifted up and inspired to better myself and those around me. There are plenty of machines to use and space for post workout stretching and I love how many and varied the classes that are offered.

I like the group classes, particularly Body Pump andStrong. the number of times a day they are available and days of the week makes it easy to work out 3-4 times a week. I have never had a bad instructor. Like the music and the workout.

I love Vanessa’s Y dance class on Wednesdays at 11. She is so creative and fun.
Great vibe full of respectful members. Great variety of weights and the daycare guys are a God-send.
