I like the fact that there are activities for all ages. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love the Yogalates class by Elizabeth Doss.
I love the pickleball times and the people who play pickleball!
I love the quiet calmness compared to the other gyms in town that blast music.

An overall positive experience and friendly staff. The variety of programs offered and a space containing anything would need to stay fit. The pool and dry/steam saunas are my favorite.

Gentle yoga, Swimming laps. Looking forward to Zumba Gold when it restarts. Seeing my friends. Friendly people at the desk.

It’s in a convenient location to downtown and the facilities are nice with a wide range of activities and classes! The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.

Me and my fiancée signed up coupled of months ago, and we’ve loved it. Our favorite class is Full Body attack, with our amazing coach Ashley, and what a blessing.

The downtown YMCA has the friendliest staff! Programs are varied and scheduled throughout the day.
