Duboce is definitely the best SF corepower studio. The teachers do great routines with great music. I don't go to corepower for relaxing yoga, I like a workout, and duboce is the only studio that offers a good workout reliably. My only suggestion is that teachers keep the routines safe. On rare occasion, there have been times where the routines have back to back transitions into very acrobatic poses. The challenge is nice, but I don't like to feel afraid. I also think that sometimes, for weeks on end the routines can be overly focused on one area of the body. Overall, I love the studio. It's the only one I ever want to go to.
Friendly supportive instructors. Heated yoga sculpt is a GREAT workout. Clean bathrooms/showers.

Wish there were outlines for where mats should go on the floor for full-capacity classes - because in big classes it can be really difficult to find a spot for your mat if people are spread out too much.
I like how it makes me feel after the class.

I followed Catherine D here to this studio because she was subbing. It was my second class with her and my first week back at Corepower in awhile since the pandemic. I was in SF visiting and totally wish she taught down in LA, she has the best energy, beautiful flows, and makes us work! Needless to say, I reactivated my membership after going to her class. I haven’t felt this good in a long time, thank you Catherine for lifting me up!

Would love if there were more Sculpt class times at this location! It's been so over crowded at the Cow Hollow location, would be great if there were more times at this location.
