LOVE the NOPA studio and all the teachers that work there. The space is small but full of love and there is nothing like going to morning yoga to start my day.
kaitlin was so friendly and nice! it was my first time but she was really encouraging. triceps and hamstrings were sore so got a great workout in. will definitely come again.

Abby is an amazing teacher. The is general feedback, but the staff as a whole, needs to be more diligent about enforcing the mat marker system on the floor. People are blatantly ignoring and do not move their mat until they are asked to do so -- it's very unwelcoming for the newer people who are clearly uncomfortable asking people to move.
