I LOVE the sculpt classes and instructors at CP esp. a shout out to Abby and Taylor Cha from the Cow Hollow studio, and Nancy from Duboce. They keep it fun with great music, sequences, and the heat is at the correct temperature! I can honestly say that it prepares me for my day and week. Thanks CP!
Kory's an amazing teacher; definitely worth the trek from my new spot. If he opened a CP branch in the Richmond SF, I'd be first in line!

The teacher was really great and it was easy from check in to finding space in class. All just as I remembered it before Covid.

Clean, friendly staff, and modern.
Clean and friendly studio with a variety of classes at convenient times. I also love that the classes are not overbooked any more. Before COVID, it got way too crowded as people just showed up and the studio manager didn't want to turn anyone away. The only better thing would be to have spaces marked on the floor so you can reserve your favorite spot.
I love core power. It has saved me! I’m a student and often am stuck at home studying all day. Signing up for core power classes helps me to get movement in for the day and to re-energize so I can study.

Loved my first yoga sculpt class with Emma S and the Euphoria themed playlist was so much fun. The class definitely kicked my butt, but I can’t wait to come back!
The instructor was very knowledgeable and encouraging. She made sure we did the techniques correctly and not to injure ourselves. I highly recommend her

I went to the Restorative yoga class on Saturday, April 9th. It was very nice to have the incorporated use of aromatherapy and a yin style yoga on a weekend evening.
I love the heat of the classes as well as the energy of the instructors. You can tell they are dedicated to their craft, passionate about seeing their students succeed and personable at the door, in and out of class.
The C2 classes I’ve taken are advanced, only take those if you have some prior yoga experience is my word of advice. I can do every pose in the class after starting my practice 6 years ago, but they throw in new ones that I’ve never heard of before.
A special shoutout to Kory K. at the Duboce Studio. His classes have challenged me to get out of my comfort zone while enjoying the process. Stellar energy throughout 60 mins with the bonus of breaks for water and toweling off!

I really enjoy practicing yoga at CorePower Cow Hollow. However, I wish there were more Hot Power Fusion offerings at this location or nearby studios. I'd love to see an afternoon/evening HPF class either during the week or on the weekends. It'd also be wonderful if there was an afternoon class offered at Cow Hollow studio on Saturdays. I like the early morning classes, but I'd like to have the option of practicing in the afternoon on Saturdays as well.
