Student Testimonials
The best studio in the city! Best instructors/music. I’m a huge fan.
Ann is hands down one of my favorite instructors! Her classes always deliver an amazing workout, and she’s so personable and lovely to chat with. Her encouraging words like ‘We’ve got this team!’ create such a positive and supportive atmosphere that brings the whole class together in pursuit of fitness and health. I absolutely love her classes!
Instructor was great!
Best CP studio in the city!
Great instructors that make class fun
I love the teachers, the location, the variety of classes, the facility and the community.
Joelle is a 10! Always has fun, high-energy classes.
I think Nob Hill packs the classes too much though, which is my hesitation to go and refer others there.
I love the instructors. My favorites are Daphne and Anelle. Absolute ROCK Stars! They make me work for the sweat and they are both attentive , always scanning, suggesting adjustments, helping us focus on breathing, and encouraging.
Great teachers. Very motivating
The instructors make the classes really enjoyable, whether it's the gentle guiding or the music.
Allison is a tremendous instructor for C1. I am excited for her to advance to C2 to grow in the discipline with her.
The studio on 4th rocks! Good schedule and excellent teachers. I often attend Tiffany's classes.
Only suggestion, more C2 courses later in the week.
The class was wonderful and would highly recommend to friends.
