The yoga instructors are absolutely the best. I love going to the sculpting class most sat mornings. I always leave feeling awake, alive, and fresh.
I love that CorePower offers a variety of classes and that there is a class available every half hour. Also, all the yoga teachers I’ve had are excellent in giving knowledgeable instruction and advice, are warm and compassionate, and motivating
