I went to Lori’s HPF on Tuesday at 4:15 for the first time and loved it. She has great energy. I also love the time of this class. I was going to 4:30 in Mission Valley on Tuesdays and was disappointed when they moved it to 6 so sculpt could take its place. A right after work HPF is the best.
The facility is very clean and the classes are invigorating. I really love how the instructor was able to explain things if my form was a little off. I can’t wait to go back!

I really like how neat and tidy the studio is kept. It sounds basic but to have the weights stacked properly, the floors swept and the locker room clean is really helpful. I love YogaScult with Sandra. She does a great job explaining proper form and provides different levels to up the difficulty.
Clean facility with friendly staff
I love this studio but it feels like they might be growing out of their space. Classes are jam packed. There is an open space next door. Can you expand to offer more classes?
