Kyung’s class was absolutely amazing, appreciated how challenging it was & the flow sequence. I’d love to see more C3s or 75min classes on the schedule if it can be accommodated.
I like the classes and the instructors a lot.
I specifically look at the calendar every Wednesday to confirm that Toosdhi is teaching HPF at 7pm. She is by far my favorite instructor and class to take. The lights and sound bath she provides makes the experience that much more incredible! Love love love HPF with her!

My neighborhood CPY, Clairemont, also happens to be my favorite of all the locations I've visited. The most important thing is the people who run and teach the studio. They are absolutely fantastic people. The facility is always clean and everything is in good working order. There is even cold filtered water available.
Good location
I thought Dee did a great job in class. The room was very warm. Not too busy. Vibe was good. Poses were challenging but not a struggle to complete the class. I haven't been to yoga in awhile but I'm definitely not new.
Myra is a fantastic teacher. She walks her students through a focused hot fusion yoga. Although I sweated like crazy, the pace wasn't too fast and I could keep up and felt like I had an amazing workout.
