I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions at CorePower Yoga in Mission Valley. My sister Lynn Allen who practices at the Point Loma location referred me to CorePower and I love it. All of the instructors have been amazing. I highly recommend combining yoga with other exercise activities. I especially like sculpt and a nice hot power fusion cleanse. I feel better at 60 years old, than I did in my 50's.

My only complaint and it’s not with the studio; is this guy who always wears shorts that are falling down during class; it’s very uncomfortable and distracting to see him; maybe someone can say something to him?

Mason was awesome!! I took a HPF class there and it was great, the room was nice and hot and humid like it should be, and Mason did a great job leading the class. I appreciated her playlist and all of her guidance and direction. I was only in town for a few days and I made sure I made her class the next day as well. I highly recommend this Studio, and Mason! I will definitely be back
