Very friendly and welcoming staff! Easy to check in and get started right away. I love the variety of classes all day that makes it easy to choose one that works for our schedule. The studio is clean and in a convenient location with parking that isn’t terribly difficult to find. Great studio- we’d love to come back and practice yoga here again.

Charlene was an awesome teacher. She was very clear with instructions and shared encouraging words. It was a really good full body workout, but was also very relaxing the entire session. I would take her class again!

Dee! The core restore class to me is almost spiritual. It’s meditative, healing and relaxing. I feel like yoga studios are so into workout classes but we need yoga for more than exercise. The ability to actually slow down and ground ourselves is my favorite part of CorePower. Thank you Dee
I really enjoy attending classes. I often go in the evening after work. Olga S. is my favorite teacher.
My instructor was amazing. She had the room hot and musing high. She also had a great music and a well planned choreography
So many instructors nowadays do not put the room hot enough. At least put the heat where the class description states! Also, seems like many new teachers put the music level so ridiculously low. This does not foster a fun exciting experience
I love the teachers and the energy there. Between Sophie, Abbey, John, and Kevin, I feel so supported and celebrated when I go and do something good for myself. Sophie is like pure joy and humor and excitement. Her classes push me in the best way. Abbey does the 6AM classes and she is the type of person you want to see at the crack of Dawn. She is very calming and gets to know everyone. John convinced me to do Sculpt one morning and it really changed my body and spirit. He is a wonderful personal trainer and person. Kevin does the Sunday class and he is incredibly kind and grounding. My teachers remember my name and give such great feedback on how I am doing in my practice that always keeps me wanting to come back. Don’t think twice, the teachers and classes and kind peers are waiting for you.

I love the instructors, enjoy the classes, love the feeling when I’m in person at the studio. The instructors make a point of remembering my name and truly making me feel welcome and encouraged. Shout out to Suz, Kay, Sari, and Dale. My north park studio is the best
I love the classes BUT
1. I am paying for HOT yoga, not WARM yoga. TURN UP THE HEAT.
2. Stop letting people open the door to let the heat out! If the instructor does then fine but a student doesn't get to dictate the temperature.
I'm going on my 3rd year of membership and stick with CorePower La Mesa because of the incredible number and variety of classes offered every day, the amazing instructors who always make me feel welcome, the way my body and mind feels when I've made it to a class. It's well worth the investment and a highlight of any day that I'm there. Thank you for the wonderful job you all do!!
clean studio, large studio room. instructor was great with cues and while the class was full, it wasnt so crowded that you were touching anyone else.
The hot power fusion class is awesome!!!! I like the instructors … they keep the room at a great temp!! Humidity is perfect!
