Convenient and consistent classes and community
I recently walked in to the Regents Road studio to inquire about hot yoga classes. The woman at the front desk (LeeAnn) welcomed me with a huge smile & an enormous positive energy…she made me feel like I belonged there. LeeAnn encouraged me to join a hot yoga class she was teaching in the next 20 minutes! Yikes!!!!! I thought to myself…
Reluctantly, I accepted the “challenge”, they provided me with a clean towel, a Yoga mat, a lock to secure my purse, etc. and words of support. I did the class to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s for me but I have not 100% ruled it out. Having said that, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Core Power Yoga provides a dynamic and empowering yoga experience. Their classes blend the challenge and mindfulness that I need to jump start my day. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through my yoga journey. The studio atmosphere is welcoming and energizing, and extremely clean. The staff and manager are extremely attentive.

The staff and instructors were extremely friendly and supportive when I had questions. The classes that I took were all amazing. The instructor pushed us all to do our best and I’ve ever had a better workout. The Encinitas facility was clean and very nice.
Loved the class and instructor! I love CorePower all around but they really need to have floor stickers for mat placement. The class was packed and it’s a bit chaotic because there’s no template for spacing and no one wants to move.

CorePower Yoga - Hillcrest Studio provided the best combination of spa-like services with a gym atmosphere. The personnel count is limited; however, the personnel service and communication are superb. If you are new, make sure to find a CPY member as you enter to register or check in. Towels are for rent at $2, while mats are $4. You may pick up your mat after changing in the locker room and before entering the heated studio room. For folks who are sensitive to heat, other members have recommended that finding a spot near the entryway door is extremely helpful get additional airflow to your body. Bring water to refresh and rehydrate as the room temperatures may go up past 100 degrees Fahrenheit. One recommendation for the men's locker is to add an additional bench as there is only one at this time.

I’m confident that I can say Encinitas is my FAVORITE core power location! I love everything about it. The classes here will I’m sure, deliver EXACTLY what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for some exercise that is transcending.

I always enjoy my classes at la mesa - teachers are nice and studio is close and clean
However the incense before some classes is too much for me - I’m really sensitive to smells and when incense is lit I really don’t like it
