My child has greatly benefited from receiving tutoring services offered from the Huntington Learning Center at Westwood. The tutor my child was paired up with had a background in tutoring different types of learners and was patient and encouraging while providing the intensive personalized instruction my child needed. Although having a dyslexia and ADHD diagnosis, my child is now in all advanced classes, on Honor Roll, and thriving in academics.

Our grandson, Wyatt really enjoys going to Hunnington Learning Center in Suwanee! He is working on reading and writing two days a week, which he says is his least favorite subject. He happily hops out of the car to go inside every time! He definitely likes everyone working with him and his self confidence has improved significantly. He says it is helping him at school and that makes all of us very happy!
Yesterday we went to his 4th grade parent teacher conference at Parsons Elementary. His reading was up 29 points since his last assessment! After missing 3.5 years of school, he is well on his way to not just catching up, but excelling. In addition, because he needed so much tutoring, he was already going to math at a competitor two days a week and still is. I know he enjoys the one on one teaching style at Hunnington much better than the 4 at a table where he does his math.
My child had surgery and missed 7 school days. His teacher had bombarded him with homework for each day he was absent. He was so overwhelmed he did not know how or where to start. He is in 3rd grade. I called Huntington and explained the situation, they immediately said to bring him in with his work and they would help. We were told he would have a unit test in English when he got back along with math, reading,and spelling tests as well. With the help he received he finished all his work. He also received an A on his unit test in English, missing only 1 question, he misspelled dropped. Thank you for all of your help. He is learning and comprehending more than ever. He did get a 100% in spelling, A in math, and a B on his reading test, he missed 1.

A customize program to fit my child’s individual needs, friendly staff, - my child enjoyed the lessons. A big improvement in my child’s performance.
We like the close proximity for tutoring and the wide range of available hours and for the high-level math and physics classes that my student needed for high school, we were happy that there was an instructor that was pleasant and capable to assist. The Center Director is also available and assessable to inquire about any concerns we may have had or changes that were needed.
It is good to watch my daughter is growing well.
