She is warm, patient, and extremely professional. She takes the time to understand my child’s needs, explains the learning plan clearly, and always follows up with detailed updates. Her encouragement has greatly increased my child’s confidence and interest in reading.
The Center Director is also excellent.
They run the center with great care, communicate clearly, and create a very positive and supportive environment for students and parents. I always feel welcomed and well-informed.
Overall, Huntington has exceeded my expectations. My child enjoys coming here, and I can see real improvement every week.

Huntington has helped my daughter improve her reading and math skills. The tutors are attentive and available when you need them. She is doing much better and I would definitely recommend this service to other parents.

The improvement in my child's ability to read and comprehend is unbelievable! She has come so far in such a short time thanks to Huntington. Additionally the educators working there go above and beyond to ensure my child gets the most out of her time there and her IEP.

Of all the tutors my son has had, all of them (maybe except 1) has been exceptional. Not inexpensive, but so far has been far superior to the Princeton Review online course my daughter took which was also very expensive.
The staff seem genuinely concerned about the students whom they are assisting for preparation for their SATs. In addition, they are very friendly and approachable.

My son was really struggling with reading and writing, and his confidence was completely gone. He had stopped trying at school. The school wanted to send him to SPED for learning disabilities, but we decided to have him tested at Huntington first. After testing, they told us he did not have any learning disabilities; he was just a little behind and needed help building his foundations in reading and writing.
He started school during COVID, so he missed out on a lot of the basics because he learned off a computer. Huntington has truly changed everything for him. They gave him the confidence to love school again, and now he actually enjoys learning! I’m so thankful for their support and for helping my son believe in himself again.
The services and education my son receives are exceptional. When he started, he was significantly behind, but he’s made remarkable progress. He often says he learns so much because the teachers and tutors truly care and teach step-by-step. He genuinely enjoys going to tutoring.

The one-on-one in person tutoring vs. online or video based tutoring. My daughter improved from a D with no confidence and saying she was stupid and couldn’t do Chemistry to a getting an A- on her midterm. Now she currently has an A in the class. Christine has helped her immensely. Thank you!

Personalized plan for my child’s specific needs. The help Courtney has provided our 4th grader is something I have been searching for. She is a fantastic advocate for my child’s specific needs with the school system.
Our child has been going to Huntington for over 2 years. We have seen vast improvement in the areas (i.e., reading, comprehension, writing, math) that have led us to this center. The teachers have been very patient and also consistent over the years so they understand my child and have seen their progress. The academic scores in school have also improved. I can see that the team cares for my child’s success, not just in academics, but in behavior.
