We were happy with the service at Huntington. There were a few glitches along the way with our student using her calculator and the instructors not knowing about it as well as her not showing her work not being noticed on her testing papers. I felt like the time where she was using the calculator was a bit of a waste of $$. She didn't end up on grade level, but has shown great improvement.
The results were exactly as advertised, after not even half of the scheduled sessions my daughter saw a 3 point jump in her ACTs and her confidence in doing higher level math increased dramatically. I would recommend them to anyone, it is a great investment in your child’s future.
We have had an outstanding experience with Huntington Learning Center! The tutoring has made a tremendous difference in my daughter's confidence and skills. She has grown so much, in just two months, and I know she'll be well prepared for second grade this school year. The staff is caring, encouraging, and truly invested in each child's success. My youngest loves having a 1:1 teacher working with her. After the first week, she was asking to read books with us at home which she had adamantly refused to do prior to tutoring.
One to one learning
Huntington has helped both of my children raise their Act significantly. One raised hers 5 points and the other 6 points. This has impacted them greatly to get into the college they wanted and get scholarships

My daughter, who is entering her senior year, has been taking lessons this summer. She has really learned a lot and enjoys the time. This helps boost her confidence in taking the ACT and getting ready to start applying to colleges.

One on one training
The 1 on 1 class gives my granddaughter the attention she needs. All the instructors are friendly and willing to teach at a space that works for the student.
I like the one-on-one learning experience for those students who are struggling with a subject matter. This allows the instructor to see where the child is struggling and to provide them with the tools necessary to overcome those obstacles going forward. I believe the students gain confidence in themselves with the help of the teachers at Huntington Learning Center.

My son began at Huntington as a junior with a 17 on his initial ACT. I knew he had more potential, and with his hard work and the support of Huntington’s teachers, his practice scores steadily rose into the 22-24 range. The biggest surprise came in April, when he took the official ACT and earned a 31. It was an incredible moment for all of us. This progress would not have been possible without the dedication of Huntington’s team. Maria was very helpful; she took the time to understand my son’s learning style and matched him with teachers he connected with. We are truly grateful for everything the Huntington staff has done for him.

My son enjoys going to tutoring, we have seen a lot of growth since he started 2 months ago. He is getting a lot out of the support with his reading and math skills. I like the variety of tutors and that we can share our preferences on who he works best with. My son likes how instruction is explained to him, especially how Michael and Chris explain things! Big shout out to them! Scheduling is easy, they will work with you if you need to change a date due to other commitments.
