My son was looking at possibly being held back. Huntington helped improve his study habits, focus in class, built up his endurance for study time and school work, and got him to where he needs to be so he won't need held back anymore. We went from crying just trying to get through one worksheet to him being able to study and do homework on his own. What's even better is that he actually liked going.
We just started our Huntington program and have been pleased so far. The initial assessments were thorough and the meeting to discuss those assessment results was also detailed and informative. Everyone at the Barrington center has been great to work with. Scheduling sessions has gone smoothly and my son feels challenged and productive while he’s working with his tutor. He was actually excited to tell me about something he has been working on in his sessions, which is not something that typically happens when he talks about school-related topics. We are still in the early stages of our program, but I am hopeful that this work will build my son’s skills and confidence with school. So far, we are on a good track! Thank you, Huntington!

My son started at the end of May 2026 to prepare for his upcoming third grade year after falling behind during second grade. In just a short time, he has caught up significantly in reading, phonics, and math. We’ve seen a huge improvement in both his skills and his confidence.
The staff are amazing always kind, patient, and supportive. They also make rescheduling sessions easy which is incredibly helpful for busy parents during the summer.
One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t rely on laptops like many schools do today. My son receives personalized hands-on learning which has made a big difference for him.
We are hoping to continue with Huntington Learning Center because the progress we’ve seen has been well worth it. I’ll highly recommend them to any parent looking for extra academic support for their child.
