This has been a supportive professional environment for both of my sons. My oldest son was assisted with his SAT testing. He received an academic scholarship for college because of tutoring at Huntington's. My youngest son is now being allowed to grow academically. He has special needs but your tutors are patient.

Staff shows consistent concerns about your child progress. Follw-up to reach goals are meet. I love that my child's teachers was open to add sit in with an online meeting for my child which wasn't an problem which is good so both parties are meeting the need of my child. I see traffic results my daughter is an 8th grade student her self esteem has boosted shes answering questions more in class way more than usual. Staff asked on more than one occasion were does she attend.
Everything!!! Attention, individualization, testing to pinpoint where gaps in curriculum are, plan on how to catch up, comfortable friendly helpful instructors to help teach, progress reports, consistent follow up and follow through.
From initial inquiry, assessment, academic planning, actual tutoring sessions, parental follow up and communication with schools the staff has been 10 star. They work as a team, care about your child and their progress, they acknowledge and praise the progress, encourage hard work but are understanding of hard days. They want it to be a positive experience, acknowledge the vulnerability of the student and have created a warm, inviting, positive environment for students to steadily and safely reach their goals surrounded by teachers who are passionate about helping them grow.
My daughter was several grades behind academically, had missed ALOT of school, was struggling to attend and had a lot of anxiety, was feeling lost in class and was embarrassed in front of teachers and peers. We had tried online, switching schools and had to go to truancy court. Huntington Learning Center pinpointed the gaps in her curriculum, set up the lessons to get her caught up, created a safe positive and not overwhelming environment, acknowledged her progress, kept me involved along the way. She was able to go into to the new school year with confidence and the foundation to succeed. She was willing to go several hours a day for many weeks in the summer because of the atmosphere. I have nothing but positive things to say about the people, curriculum and experience.
My daughter just got student of the month. Thank you Huntington Learning Center, the educational intervention that was needed changed our life and think the services you provide and people you hire are amazing.
