I like the Christian side of holy yoga and I recommend to my friends which recommend to others. I would say it is the best workout and mindfulness with God.

I love the atmosphere, the professionalism of the instructors, and the workout is amazing every single time. I have been a fitness advocate all my adult life and enjoy all kinds of movement...but Salt Yoga is my favorite as well as my grown daughters' favorite! We love going together when they are home for a visit.

Awesome spot! I’m from Atlanta and came with a friend of mine who lives in Tulsa. Great facility, instructor, and class. We had a great time, wish we had one in Atlanta!

The south location has lots of room and all the instructors have been wonderful. The Utica location is nice as well but feels very cramped.

I visit family in Tulsa a few times a year and Salt is a diamond that I found to practice while I am there! Keri is empowering and packs the room with hard working yogis. This last visit I was enchanted by Angel who shares the passion for the teachings of yoga while guiding a strong creative flow. My happy place in Tulsa❤️🙏
