The Groomer is amazing. So caring and concerned; wanting to make sure she groomed to your liking. My last service was in the last 2-3 weeks. She was able to fit in my bully too for an oatmeal bath at last minute. Much appreciated.

Have always had a good experience and feel as though you care for our dog very well. I do wish they had slightly bigger kennels with blankets to sleep in though.

I love the way your staff loves my Jax! I know every day that I leave him, he is well taken care of and loved and that means the world to me. It’s stressful having to leave your “child” and hope they will be ok and not hurt in any way. Every day I leave him, I know he’s well taken care of. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Professional yet very accomodating.

My one year old dog, Trigger, gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot. I know he must have so much fun. He was recently boarded at Dogtopia for nine days. I was anxious to see if he would still be excited when I took him back two weeks later for daycare. He was still just as excited as ever. Everyone there is very nice and Trigger seems to love all of them! I also like the early and late hours for daycare.

We started taking our dog here a few month back and we have had nothing but great experiences. The size of their daycare rooms give our dog plenty of room to roam around and get some exercise. Having the ability to check-in on our dog using their Webcam is very comforting.

The staff was kind! The place was clean and odor free. My dog, Ellie, was well supervised and got along okay despite never having been previously in a doggy day care or boarding place.

Ease of scheduling

The flexibility, the staff, the care. Everything!

My dog doesn't socialize very well, but enjoys watching the other dogs and occasionally joins in the fun with one or two others. The environment is such that she is comfortable and content just watching but finds it safe enough to join in sometimes.

Dogtopia West cares so much about our dogs. They're quick to call with any concerns or questions and our dogs always come home exhausted!
