My dog is very excited to go to Dogtopia and he is very tired when he comes home. That can only mean he had a great day.
I also like the convenience of the grooming.

Friendly workers. They are very kind to our dog. They appear to really enjoy the animals. . As an older couple with a strong dog the come out to get him and return him to our car.

Every one is so nice, and good to the dogs. I like the spa services available when I bring my dog in. I enjoy the web cams. I feel that my dog is safe there.

The young girls in the office have been very helpful with me getting my dog in and out and giving him some extra attention as he has left a lot while my husband has been in the hospital for four weeks. I totally appreciate the help they have given me

We love how you care for our dog (Charlie) like we would! He comes home every day exhausted! He has a blast and gets so excited to go in the mornings. It’s a very clean and enjoyable place to be!

What do you like about our services?

I love how excited my dog gets when we pull up, and how excited the staff is to see him. Knowing how happy he is while at Dogtopia takes the worry away when dropping him off.

Our puppy receives the warmest welcome every time we take him in. They place him in a room where other dogs he plays excitedly with are in. They know his routine and are so helpful if he cannot play for a day by letting him sit in the front office so we can still work and know he is being loved on. We go to Omaha West and I could not recommend sending your puppies there anymore.

I called Dogtopia in West Omaha and spoke to a very helpful staff member who set up an appointment to visit that day. I really appreciated that! I brought my dog in for evaluation and left her for a couple hours to see how she reacted. I downloaded the Dogtopia app and was able to see her interactions immediately! What a great experience! I look forward to my dog meeting new friends and being in a safe place while I’m at work!

What do you like about our services?

The half day rates are great but I wish they could be used in the afternoon. Currently I could drop my dog off at 7AM and pick them up at 1:30 (6.5 hours) and get charged half a day. But if I drop him off at Noon-5, I would get charged for a full day. I would drop off way more during the week if it would be based on amount of hours and not necessarily WHEN I picked up/dropped off. Otherwise, Jack is always treated awesome by the staff and they know how to handle him well.
