You guys are awesome at what you do! I feel calm and happy that my fur baby is taken cared of at your Dog West facility, and it is very easy to drop off/ pick up my little pup any time we visit.
I like that you are open 7 days a week. I also appreciate that you are open early (6:30 a.m. on weekdays) and open late (7:00 p.m. on weekdays).
Easy to book appointments and staff is friendly. Love how I can look at the cameras and check on our fur baby during the day.
Most of the handlers are attentive to the dogs and interact with them throughout their time in the room. One or two would rather sit on their phone and use a spray bottle at a significant distance (which appears to have little to no disciplinary effect on the dogs) to discourage the more rambunctious play. My dog seems to have to put a stop to unwanted humping by sitting down to end it and messes are missed for several minutes when the phone takes a priority. My dog is in the room with the larger breeds and is young so I don't expect them to be a perfect angel but there could be a little better supervision by the handler to clean up messes and stop humpings.
Everyone I have ever dealt with at Dogtopia West has been super! They are professional and great to deal with! They really love dogs and enjoy working with them! It’s fantastic to be able to drop our dog off to play all day and get a bath before I pick her up! She is happy and tired after a day at Dogtopia! Appreciate their services very much!
Facilities are kept clean at all times. I've met many staff members and have been impressed by how well they interact with the animals that have been left in their charge . I have been my dog-Chester-twice weekly for daycare for approximately 12 months; he seems to enjoy these visits. I trust the staff in the way in which they take of Chester.
Easy drop off and pick up, right at the front door. The staff always recognizes me and my dog. My dog comes home happy and tired after each camp she goes to. I really like that if you have purchased credits, how easy the process is to take your dog when needed. It isn’t a huge ordeal like other day cares I’ve used in the past where you have to park in a lot, wait in line and have them check you in. You are in and out in a flash.
Ease of scheduling, love having the ability to watch Zoey on camera.
We've only used Dogtopia a few times so far, but will certainly be back! Everyone was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. They made sure our dog felt 100% comfortable and got plenty of love and pets. We had to board her for 2 nights pretty quickly and they were very accommodating and she had a great time. She has always come home happy, tired, and in good spirits.
My dog had a great time and the people were extremely nice. I love that someone is always in with the dogs to handle any problems should they arise. And I love the webcam!!
The staff at Dogtopia is always there for me and my dogs. Charlie and Fritzie are always happy to visit Dogtopia and they've never had any complaints with the service and activities offered. It's fun for them and frees my time when I need to get other things done. I don't know what I do without Dogtopia.
I would recommend DogTopia West to anyone! I bring my dog Winston there and he loves it! It’s so nice being able to drop him off knowing he will get his energy out AND be taken care of. They also have the best staff - They are always so friendly and nice- it’s so fun to see how excited my dog gets everytime he sees them. Definitely the best dog place in town!

The staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my dog here. She started out scared stiff until they took her in the back to gauge her comfort level with various breeds/sizes. Once she came back out she was honkey dorey and loved it! A big plus is the camera feed and I fully appreciate the transparency it affords. All in all, I’d leave my fur baby here if I had to. Thank you for this service!

My dog loves coming to dogcare and I feel comfortable that anytime I can log in to see him on camera. When I ask for feedback on how he's doing, they always have an answer for me. Hugo returns home all played out and happy, which is all I can ask for.

Janae is the BEST groomer. Our dog has never looked this clean and nice. She handles him with lots of love and care. He is a bit sensitive to touch, but she is able to calm him down and get him to cooperate.
