The quality of care provided by the staff to my dog, Chester, has been excellent. Chester enjoys his time at the facility. I initially enrolled him to provide him with an opportunity to safely learn to socialize with other dogs; this has been a success. Chester likes the staff members and I trust them with his care.

There is no other service that compares to the dog and owner-friendly environment offered at Dogtopia. The staff and the facilities--the care and attention my dogs receive there--I have not found another day care or boarding experience like it. Three cheers and many more barks and tail wags for Dogtopia!

Friendly and great customer service

I liked the staff. They were very receptive and interested on our needs for Nevi. We advised them of her hip problems with her back legs. They advised us of the padded flooring in the playroom. Nevi did pass the meet and greet and was invited by the staff to remain for the day. I did view her on your video camera during the day. That was very convenient and helpful. The next day Nevi was walking around the house.No limping was evident so your padded floors HELPED HER. We are also interested in your grooming facilities and look forward to bringing her back for that. All in all we had wonderful and enjoyable visit. I can say our dog Nevi was extremely HAPPY!!!

The kindness of the staff, welcoming my dog, and treating my dog like their own kiddo! The staff was so friendly & inviting, it made me so comfortable knowing my pup is in great hands.

Otis loves playing with his friends (both human and dog) at Dogtopia. I can always rely on them to take great care of him, especially when we board him. Never easy to leave him over a long weekend, but knowing he's enjoying his stay and being able to check-in and see him on the cameras makes it easier. Would definitely recommend!

I would recommend Dogtopia West to anyone! The staff there are SO great! They care about your dog but also care about us as owners and are very friendly. My dog officially knows what “going to daycare” is and gets so excited the entire car ride there.

I like the feeling that our pet will be handled with care and kindness. The employees are always friendly and i like they know us when we walk in and call us by name.

We also use their grooming facilities and could not be happier. Janae is wonderful and Bailey does not mind being groomed which speaks valumns for their kind treatment of our pet.

Staff is great! My baby loves going to camp and everyone is so good with her.

I absolutely love this place!!! I can feel relaxed in knowing my fur baby is in good hands, whether it’s daycare or boarding. The staff are super friendly and nice, and I can honestly say my dog enjoys the days that she goes to daycare; she knows right away when the time comes :)

Great people, they know my dog. He loves going there.

The staff is very attentive to the pups/dogs including mine and some offer that extra TLC which is why I am very comfortable leaving my baby with them.
