I love coming home to a bright clean home, and not having to worry about it from week to week. I appreciate how conscientious the ladies are about their work. I also like that they use 'green' products.

I will do this survey only because I havent gotten any recently, so please do not bombard me with these again after this.Should I ever have a concern or problem, you will hear from me. I love my cleaning team- Wendy and Diane. They always pay special attention in cleaning my house to MY satisfaction and it looks awesome when they leave. It was not easy for me to decide to hire someone to come into my house, but Wendy and Diane are great.

I like that they take time to be thorough, yet careful of my belongings.

My husband and I literally do nothing but work. The last thing I feel like doing when I get home at night or on a weekend off, is clean house. It's great to come home to a clean house. Thank you!

99% a great job. Today's work however was less than wonderful.
The wood floor and stairs going to mud room still
Had dog hair and footprints still. The wood floor from the downstairs
Bathroom to the front door still had grit like it had not been
Mopped. The carpet in the family room still had green fuz from
A blanket which was used. The black ceramic face where the burner
Knobs are located was all smudgy. No need to go on.

I would like to request a free service as I have mostly
Cleaned everything.

I like that you show up when you say your coming and I like how professional they are. If I have a problem I can call the main office and let them know and I don't feel bad about it when I see the girls the next time they seem to understand. I like the girl you sent me Cindy she is very professional.

Merry Maids has proven to me to stand behind their commitment to provide excellent customer service and responded to an issue I encounted recently immediately. The problems were corrected and I feel I received the best service since I became a customer 5 months ago. The staff is very friendly and did an outstanding cleaning job this month! I want to commend the gals who came out and worked "very hard" and I'm looking forward to receiving the excellent quality of cleaning and detail that was done this month. I was very pleased with Wendy this last week. She did a great job and I would love to have her come again. I felt like the house was like I wanted it to be. The kitchen floor is improving with the product she used and over all special attention she gave.

I just happened to be home with my sick daughter the day we scheduled the cleaning. The girls were so wonderful to have in my home. They were thorough, worked quietly around us, without making us feel like we were in their way. And when I did have to run to town, I didn't feel uneasy in the slightest, leaving my home in their care.

I love Wendy and Diane and your office staff, but I have already told you that. Please stop asking me to do these surveys. What else can I tell you?

I mostly appreciate the feeling of trust, that my home will be taken care of, and that the ladies pay attention to detail. They have always been wonderful to deal with, and it means a lot to me that they are kind to my cats when they arrive. It is always such a treat to come home to a neat, clean house.. thank you.

Each team sent has been dilligent in Duty and praformance, Frendly, open to direction towards areas of concern or question. ALL or any chemical products used to this point have been satisfactory, effective and none offensive, pleasent in any residigual oder leveing a soft clean sent.

The ladies that come in toclean my home are so so nice. They met my young daughter one day while they were here and they ask after her every time they are in to clean. When my daughter is home when they are cleaning she is very curious about what they are doing and she askes them question after question; the ladies are very patient and answer all of her questions. I appreciate this very much. When the ladies are finished cleaning my home they leave it smelling so fresh and clean and looking so nice. I love the cinnamon & orange smelling cleaner that is used to clean with.

Great Job on bathroom. I can see through my shower glass doors without having to scrub them! Toilet water ring stains are "No More"!
