Customer service, notification on "when" you are coming and thorough cleaning. Quick response in the past when I had concerns and they we resolved very quickly.

The service is very professional, thorough, and dependable. There is nothing left undone, it is completed methodically and basicly as I would do it, if I were able.
Coming home to a clean house is wonderful, as well as having time freed up from doing it myself on the weekends. The products all seem environmentally friendly and to be high quality.
The girls are very thorough in their cleaning and the house looks and smells good after they have finished . I do not know what products they use but they do the job.
The products used seem to do a very good job and there is no heavy chemical smell.
I would like the cleaning staff to do a better job of dusting - especially bedroom furniture, wall hangings and picture frames. The master bedroom and bath get extremely dusty and I have noticed the pictures do not seem to get thoroughly dusted nor the recesses on the bedroom furniture.
My one other complaint is the cleaning staff have knicked walls in a couple of places. My guess is from the vacuum handle as the knicks are about 30-36" from the floor. I have had to spot paint to cover the knicks. I would appreciate the staff being a little more careful.
