See previous survey response(s) - All very positive. Oh, I guess one other thing happened with a positive resolution. Several visits ago, a new (to me) team broke an Indian wedding vase, and they searched out a replacement that was almost the same. I appreciate that very much. It was the first time in 3+ years that anything was broken, and they resolved it very quickly.

I like to come home to a clean house & not having to spend the entire weekend cleaning house - not one service is better than the other - it's the whole package.

Bobbie Joe and Frankie were very efficient and through. when they finished all of the counter tops had a beautiful sheen that I had never seen before. there was no lingering smell of cleaning solutions and all of the faucet handles were pointed in the same direction :-)

Everything is so clean and fresh when they leave. There is no chemical smell. The ladies are very friendly and polite. They do a wonderful job.

The staff are very good and the products keep the house clean

The ladies arrive promptly. That is important because I go work after they are finished. They are dressed neatly and get right to work. I have had no complaints about how my house looks when they are finished. Everyone that has been sent to my house has done a good job. My miniature Dachshund has also liked all of the ladies. I plan to continue to use your service as long as I am working full time.

Having Merry Maids come in makes our home environment consistently better than it was before. Coming home to a beautifully cleaned home is wonderful. It also forces ME to keep the areas picked up/decluttered, as that isn't part of the Maids' service; (nor should it be!) But what good is having things cleaned up around the existing clutter? So I throw 'stuff' out in a timely matter, and as a result, our home is nicer and ready to welcome guests at any moment - not have to rush around in order to have company come in.
We have had one main lady (Sherrie) for over 2 years now, and she knows our home inside/out. Sherrie does fantastic work and we are very happy to have her!

my home looks clean but does not smell like harsh chemicals when I return.

The recent cleaning has been as good as very first so I'm 2/3 on cleanings that have been good product is good

I like the consistency of quality. Not sure which products you use but can be considered a positive feedback since there is no lingering fragrance.

The staff who takes care of my home, treat it as if it were their own.

The maids are very friendly, and they do a wonderful job. The whole apartment smells so fresh and clean after they are finished.

The ladies do an amazing job on our bathrooms, getting the showers cleaner than they have been since before we bought the house. I love having the house so clean, and knowing I don't have to worry about cleaning! Also, the ladies are friendly and hard-working. The first time they came out, some areas were missed but the two that came out the second time did a thorough job and I was really happy with them.

I love the cinnamon smell when I got home. I felt like my shower floor in the master coluld have been scrubbed better. When I have clean it my self it was white again.

I love their willingness to accomodate our schedule - we leave early for work and get home by 4:00. Bedmaking skills are a little lax.

Consistant and more often pay attention to details.
Products used seem to be OK...no noticeable outstanding differences if any.
