I feel that they didn't outstanding job and normally I would never have anybody in my house without me or somebody present.

My experience with the ladies that cleaned my home was way better than I expected. The quality of work and professionalism exhibited by these ladies showed that they took pride in their work and understood the importance of customer service in maintaining long term relationships. My home looked absolutely perfect after they were done. In addition, they took it upon themselves to do little things within my home that went beyond what I asked to be done, just because they cared.

*On a selfish note I would like to request the same ladies I had in future cleanings. The one womans name was Farah.

The cleaning crews are prompt, courteous, and efficient at doing their job. I have never been disappointed by the quality of their work.

Cleaning is very thorough with a fresh clean smell in all rooms.

Most often they meet our expectations and effectively. Since our team is not always the same team, we notice the diference in the details they some do versus others. Overall, a good job is done.

I've only had them in twice so far - very good quality work the first visit. 2nd visit wasn't quite the same standard, but hopeful that it will be better next time. They broke a figurine while dusting (accidents happen,) but were appropriate in their handling of this situation!
