I look so forward to Merry Maids coming. It is such a relief not to have to clean my house. My life is extremely busy and don't always have time to clean it myself.

I don't know what products were used to clean my apartment, but the cleaners were thorough and did detailed work. I was very pleased with the result.

My experience with the ladies that cleaned my home was way better than I expected. The quality of work and professionalism exhibited by these ladies showed that they took pride in their work and understood the importance of customer service in maintaining long term relationships. My home looked absolutely perfect after they were done. In addition, they took it upon themselves to do little things within my home that went beyond what I asked to be done, just because they cared.

The cleaning crews are prompt, courteous, and efficient at doing their job. I have never been disappointed by the quality of their work.

Cleaning is very thorough with a fresh clean smell in all rooms.

Most often they meet our expectations and effectively. Since our team is not always the same team, we notice the diference in the details they some do versus others. Overall, a good job is done.

I've only had them in twice so far - very good quality work the first visit. 2nd visit wasn't quite the same standard, but hopeful that it will be better next time. They broke a figurine while dusting (accidents happen,) but were appropriate in their handling of this situation!

I like coming home to a clean house. Merry Maids does a great job of cleaning . Walking in and sniffing the air after Merry Maids is a wonderful feeling.

See previous survey response(s) - All very positive. Oh, I guess one other thing happened with a positive resolution. Several visits ago, a new (to me) team broke an Indian wedding vase, and they searched out a replacement that was almost the same. I appreciate that very much. It was the first time in 3+ years that anything was broken, and they resolved it very quickly.

I like to come home to a clean house & not having to spend the entire weekend cleaning house - not one service is better than the other - it's the whole package.
