The house looks really good. Especially impressed with how the kitchen turned out, the cabinets look really good. Two problems, the light switch plates were not cleaned, we had talked about those being done when you did the estimate, and they were left very dirty. The other problem was when you cleaned the kitchen countertops, you marked up the freshly painted caulk and walls. I had to have the painter come back and touch those up.

Typically I can describe your staff with this word: conscientious. Your employees at my house have usually been serious about expressing precision in their work, and this quality is truly appreciated.

I can answer this by telling about an incident with Kayla, our Merry Maid. She was here on Sept. 18. I showed her a spot on the ceramic tile in our mud room. It was caused by water spilling on a piece of kid's construction paper that was on the floor. It left a huge stain on the floor and I had no idea how to remove it. Using some of your products and through her persistance she managed to remove it. She said when she returns for the next cleaning she will bring something to clean the grout which still had a very slight discoloration.
