This is not a direct answer to your question, but it will tell you why I look forward to every other Monday when my very merry maid Jen comes, cheerfully goes about her job, does her job extremely well and efficiently, and I can confidently open my home to anyone who pops in the door knowing that it will pass even the most critical eye.

I am aware that I cause the office great consternation when a schedule has to be changed because of a holiday or other reason, as I ONLY want Jen here. Jen knows my home. Jen knows my animals and loves them too. Jen knows what I am fussy about and caters to that - especially as I have 15 - 20 singers who rehearse here weekly during the academic year and they are in every inch of our main floor living space except my bedroom. She is careful and she is thorough. I can suggest something and she does whatever. I trust her implicitly. I can be out of town or out of the house when she comes and be ever so grateful to get back to a clean house - once again. Jen is family, and my husband and I are very grateful.

Several weeks ago I called the office and asked if Jen could also do the two upstairs guest rooms and bath in addition to the main floor. Arrangements were made for a different day and voila! My son-in-law is a clean nut, and he and my daughter both commented on how great the house looked. YEA, JEN!

I haven't asked Jen about the products - I only care that they work, are green friendly, AND that they have not been tested on animals of which I was assured when my daughter hired Merry Maids to clean for me several years ago).

Could I possibly be as satisfied with another maid? Maybe, but I'm not willing to find out. Keep my Jen coming and I'll always be praising Merry Maids.
