Fantastic cleaning team!! They cleaned and buffed my hardwood floors, stairs, banisters until they looked brand new! They also did a terrific job on the bathrooms, including grout that had become discolored! I give them a 15 out of 10!! Thank you!

The housekeeping team were early on the assigned time frame (time frame was 11 a.m to 1 p.m.-the ladies showed up at noon time). The housekeeping team were friendly and did a great job. Products used were great.

My 'maids' are wonderful. I have a regular 'maid' (Jenn) who mentors new colleagues and works wonderfully with whomever she is assigned, most recently Steph (a seasoned 'maid' who is equally awesome). They are a fantastic team, and I love them to pieces. I don't watch what they are doing as they are the pros doing their thing, but we always have a great conversation about the house. They take suggestions so well, they are so anxious to please, and they do a wonderful job. I want to keep them forever - including after my husband and I move to a retirement community!

I honestly don't know much about the products because I am a 'green freak' and have been assured that all the products used by Merry Maids meet all environmental standards without animal testing. I recently noticed a problem in my powder room with the vanity top, talked with my maids who changed what they were using to something else, and the streaking has disappeared. That's the kind of conversational give and take that I most appreciate and the willingness to listen and adapt to my suggestions. I am deeply grateful to and extremely happy with my wonderful Merry Maids.
