People are ALL easy to deal with - both at the office and the people who come to clean. Everyone is very nice, accomodating and REAL. have had merry Maids, off and on, for three years or so. NO complaints. Only Good. I leave my house open and they come and go as the schedule dictates - no problems what so ever. i have come across people who used to work for merry maids, but no longer do, and they too, have all been gracious and happy.When you allow someone into your home, there is an element of trust, and that has always worked in my favor. Nothing but a good experience for me. :-)

Merry Maids provides great service. They are very efficient and consistent with their cleaning and they are very careful with house hold items. The staff is very friendly and extremely competent. The office is great with communication and accommodates any situation or request you may have regarding your preferences in their service. I would recommend them as your cleaning service.

House always looks and smells great. Everyone from the girls that come out to the house to the people on the phone are all very pleasant and easy to work with.

I like that you are always there when you say you will be and do whatever you can to accommodate a necessary last minute change. I like your thoroughness and the friendliness of your workers. I like that the products are not scented (allergies) and the house is fresh when I get home from work.

Last month Vicki cleaned and did a great job. She did the jets in the tub and also did a good job cleaning the upper inner ring on the toilets (very important). I was very pleased with her work and highly recommend her.

I was pleased that special attention was paid to my floors, dusting under furniture and to the walls. Also, I've noticed attention to particularly set-in stains and they have reduced over time. I was very pleased with my cleaning lady on 10/31/11. I've misplaced the paper and can't remember her name but, she was very responsive to my special requests. Thanks.

The Merry Maid who comes to my house is a diligent, pleasant, hard-working woman. After
her "merry" hello she gets right to work. Does all the chores requested of her efficiently
and satisfactorily. I couldn't be happier with Maria's work. She's terrific, and she does your company credit.

Although a few spots in the house were overlooked, overall I was happy when I came home to the results. It was a big job and I was originally told that 2 ladies would be cleaning, but only one lady did the job----perhaps that was the reason for a few "skips" here and there. The lady was very nice and I felt good about her being alone in my house and she obviously knows her business.

Good communication and great vacuum

Office personnel easy to deal with. Girls that come to the house are ALL very likeable. Never any problems. House is clean, smells good. Everyone is very easy to work with. They found my husbands wedding band under the dresser and returned it - he probably hid it on purpose!! Ha!!! :-)

Lisa arrived on time, listened to my concerns and the apartment was as I anticipated when I returned.
