It is great to forget that I have a Merry Maids day scheduled and return to a clean and fresh home! I like the little touches, such as the gold stickers on paper towels/toilet paper and how the towels are folded as if it were a hotel.

Cleaners are very reliable.
I like the "green" cleaning products that work just as good; I like that the cleaners take out all the trash and replace the bags and replace the toilet paper; attention to detail is good- overall it's a very thorough service.

The women did a thorough job and were very professional, working well with eachother.
I've been a Merry Maids customer for close to 2 years. Initially, the quality was lack luster,at best. The old management was terrible. With the new management, things are better. The team that cleans at my house is good - Casey is really good and listens to customer requests. I am not so sure that all the other maids are trained in a similar fashion. Will be great if the quality is maintained consistently regardless of the team.
The office is not good about letting customers know when the Maids are expected to arrive. It is not the maids' fault at all - the office does not relay customer requests for specific times to the cleaning crew.
With a couple of minor exceptions, which I have covered with the people on-site, they seem to do the job well, and cleaning materials seem to do a good job too.
Your people address everything in my home with attention to detail and care. I feel you are able to address all elements of my home... top to bottom.
You help make my busy life style much easier.
Listen to requests and do great job with all areas of house, especially bathrooms. Vikki/Christine did a great job recently and would love to have them again
